Registration starts February 4, 2026 for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten for 2026-2027 school year.

• If your child was born between September 2, 2020 through September 1, 2021, please register your child for our free full day Kindergarten program.
• If your child was born between September 2, 2021 and September 1, 2022, please register your child for our free full day Transitional Kindergarten program.  

If you have a child who is eligible to begin Kindergarten or Transitional Kindergarten in 2026-2027, please visit the district website home page at enroll.ggusd.us
 
After pre-enrolling online, call the Patton office at (714) 663-6584 for an appointment to bring in the required documentation: 

Enrollment WILL NOT be complete until we receive these items:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records (See below for requirements)
• Two(2) Proofs of Residency/Address Verification
• Copy of Parent/Guardian Driver's License/CA ID card, or Passport with Photo ID

Address Verification Documents:
Current Income Tax Documents or Property Tax Payment Receipts (from IRS, State, and/or County), Current Rental Property or Lease Agreement (with payment receipts included), Current Utility Bills including both parts, top & bottom (Electric, Gas, and/or Water), Current Voter Registration, Current Payroll Stub (both name and address must appear on payroll stub), Current Social Services documents (i.e. Cal Fresh, Medicaid, SNAP, etc.).
Age Verification Documents:
Certified copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate duly attested, passport, immigration visa
Immunization Requirements:
4 doses polio, 5 doses DTaP, 2 doses MMR, 3 doses Hepatitis B, 2 dose Varicella (chickenpox)
